Printing of ballot papers in Zambia

IS IT NOT AMAZING
Is it not amazing that the so called hard working PF government has failed to modernize Government Printers to a level where it is able to print ballot papers?
This is despite the assurance not only by Works and Supply Minister but by the late Republican President Michael Sata (MHSRIP), who had promised the nation just after the first parliamentary by election that the country would for the next by-election print ballot papers at Government printers.
Today, almost five years since PF took over the reign of power, Government printers cannot print ballot papers and yet the PF are busy bragging that they have delivered.
Well, to some of us, we are not surprised that the country is still out sourcing the printing of ballot papers from outside because we are convinced beyond reasonable doubt that this government lacks the capacity to plan.
Have you ever wondered how much the country could have saved if all the ballot papers and election materials from the unprecedented by elections that the country has had under the PF reign and the forth coming Presidential and General elections?
Besides that, the number of jobs that would have been created for Zambian especially during election time.
Honesty, is this the type of government you would want to continue that does not know how to prioritize issues in order to save the meager resources?
The answer is a definitely big NO if we want to see out country develop.
We have no choice but to vigorously campaign so that we usher into office a visionary leadership that will not only help preserve the meager resources through prudent utilization but will also help grow the economy and create meaningful job opportunities.
